What is this all about?
axility.NET mainly is a blog about topics related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations (formerly known as AX) – directly or implicitly.
Who are the authors?
There’s only one author – me! My name is Volker Deuss, I’m a MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) for Dynamics 365 for Operations / AX and work as Technical Solution Architect and Developer for the German company GWS mbH, a multiply decorated Microsoft Gold Partner and GISV (Global Independent Software Vendor).
Why do I run this blog?
For fame and glory, of course! Yeah, alright, but honestly also to give something back or at least try to. Since I started dealing with Dynamics 365 for Operations / AX and its technical aspects and pitfalls at the end of 2011 I profited a lot from the numerous blogs and forum posts and discussions.
Why is this blog available in English and German?
I planned to do so after withdrawal from the English lessons my employer supplied. Mainly to preserve and extend my vocabulary and grammar. Besides, there are only few sources in German which is my native tongue. Indeed this is irrelevant for most developers and technical folks because they command English anyway 🙂
How can I find out more about you or contact you?
First of all there is an area at the lower end of the page offering various social media channels you might want to use to keep in touch. In addition to that axility.NET has a sibling page I run in parallel and where I (seldomly) publicize miscellaneous content that does not relate to AX – volkerdeuss.com.
